Improving HR systems for Results for Drug Agencies
AHC is undertaking improvement of HR systems in the National Drug Authority (NDA). As part of the changes in the internal systems, NDA has engaged AHC to redefine processes and rationalize HR systems at NDA. As the National Drug Authority, NDA’s duty is to ensure quality in the drug sector in Uganda.
