Edmond is the Services Director of AH Consulting. He has over 5 years experience in Financial Management and consultancy work.

Edmond started his career with the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MOFPED) in Uganda under the Second Economic and Financial Management Project (EFMP11) as an IFMS Accountant/Consultant implementing the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Pilot phase across the Government of Uganda Ministries, Agencies and Local Governments.  EFMP11 activities were later taken over by the Financial Management and Accountability Programme (FINMAP) with the objective of deepening the reforms in public sector under the roll-out and further roll-out phases of computerizing the Budgeting and Accounting processes of Government. Edmond successfully supported the IFMS activities in a number of Ministries and Local Governments under this World Bank funded project.

Edmond’s passion to grow and share his experience on a broader platform saw him move to join AH Consulting Ltd (AHC) as a Consultant under the Management Consulting Service line of the firm. His quest was skewed towards implementing financial systems in Africa and the Middle East, a foundation and direction AHC was moving towards. He rose through the ranks to Senior Consultant, Consultant team leader, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Services Director a position he holds to date. Edmond is leading the Services division of the firm providing Financial Management services, Implementation of IFMS’s with Agresso Business World (ABW) as the core product (a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System), Procurement audit and Advisory services, Human Resource and Advisory services and Development Consulting work.

Edmond is responsible for the execution of the overall strategic plan and linking this to the Services division resource load in the firm in sync with the AH Consulting vision.
