•              Over 10 years experience.
•              Bachelors in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related courses
•              Masters in Economics,  Statistics, MBA or other related degree
•              Qualification in capacity building (PGD or certification)

 2.      Internal audit experts

•             Over 10 years experience.
•              BCOM, BBA or other related business degree
•              ACCA/CPA qualification
•              CIA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, ACL  and other audit certifications

 3.     Accounting and finance experts

•            Over 5 years experience.
•              BCOM, BBA or related business course
•              ACCA/CPA qualification
•             Masters degree will be an added advantage

 4.     Change management experts

•             Over 7 years experience.
•              BA HRM, BA Public Administration, Sociology, SWASA, or related management courses
•              MPAM, MBA, MA HRM, or any other management degree
•              PGD in Change management, Performance management, Human Capital development or related fields.
