Addis Ababa Ethiopia, March 2010 – The National Alcohol and Liquor Company (NALC), Ethiopia’s largest producer of alcohol and other beverages has selected AH Consulting (AHC) to implement ACL, the industry leading application in data analysis.

The Chief Internal Auditor of NALC, Ato Hailu Essayase stated how happy the internal audit department in looking forward to derive value from the implementation of ACL. “We are pleased to be on the path to implementing a world class application like ACL to support us in undertaking data analysis from the different applications in our organization. The Regional Director for Technology Consulting responsible for Ethiopia, Mr. Dean Munene had this to say: “The selection of ACL by NALC represents a further appreciation of the capabilities and application competence by the clients in ACL. In Ethiopia, NALC joins other clients like Ethiopian Airlines already using ACL to derive value for their operations”. Mr. Munene further said that “with ACL, NALC will be able to undertake data analysis aimed at detecting and subsequently correcting any anomalies in the data, thereby increasing management’s reliance on data from NALC’s internal systems”. AHC will also deliver implementation services, training and support to NALC as part of the ACL installation activities.
