AH Consulting to support the USAID Anti-Corruption Threshold Project |
|
AH Consulting has won a tender to provide advisory services to the USAID funded Anti-Coruption Threshold (ACT) Project under the Millenium Challenge Account. Under the project, AHC will develop a new methodology for procurement audits, undertake training of 20 procurement auditors, conduct 17 procurement audits, and develop a mechanism for procurement audit follow up. Speaking to e-news, the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Cuthbert Kagabo said that “This piece of work will forever change the face of procurement auditingin Uganda and will see fusion of international best practices in auditing and compliance with the Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act and Regulations. In addition, the assignment will shift emphasis to the much forgotten audit follow up in procurement, paving way for standardization of audit follow up actions”. Working with the PPDA and the USIAD ACT Project, AH consulting will deliver results and share knowledge on this assignment. |
